What age groups do City Fit Shop parties cater to?
We specialize in parties for children aged 3 to 73 years, ensuring age-appropriate fun for all.
Can we bring our own food and decorations to the party?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and decorations. We also provide basic decorations as part of our party packages.
How far in advance do we need to book a party?
We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date.
What is the cancellation policy for a party?

What do the participants need to participate?
To ensure the best experience we recommend athletic wear that you can move in comfortably, clean dry running shoes, and a water bottle!

Is there an attendant or coordinator included in the party packages
Yes, each party package includes a dedicated party coordinator/coach to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Do you have any packages suitable for small parties?
Yes, we offer various party packages tailored to the size of your group to match your needs and budget. Our packages include 8 participants but can do a party for as little as 3 or 4.
What safety measures do you have in place for childrens activities?
Safety is our top priority. All equipment and activities are routinely inspected and sanitized. Our staff are trained in both safety protocols and child engagement, ensuring a safe environment for everyone.
How many kids can attend?
We recommend no more than 20 kids. However, we can accommodate up to a maximum of 25 participants per party.
We can do large custom bookings but it does require special consideration and staffing. Please contact us directly with the details and we can provide a quote.
Can parents participate in the party and do they need to stay?
Parents of guests are absolutely encouraged to stay, but they do not have to.
The hosts of the party will have to stay.
Any parents who choose to stay are welcome to play alongside their kid as long as they have a waiver completed and... THEY ARE FREE!!
